Lynn Orosco

Lynn Orosco is an internal organizational effectiveness consultant and facilitator for MedStar Health where she works with an outstanding team of consultants in the support of over 2,500 leaders in the MedStar Health System. Lynn facilitates leadership development courses and provides internal clients with a broad range of services including team development, change management, and conflict resolution. Lynn has over 25 years of experience within healthcare and this new role has allowed her to bring her OD skills back to the industry she loves. Prior to joining MedStar, Lynn worked in Business Development at George Mason University where she collaborated with learning and development officers in both the federal and private sector to address the learning requirements of their organizations. Lynn began her career in higher education within the Workforce Development Division of Northern Virginia Community College. This role introduced her to the dynamic learning and development needs of healthcare employees, building on her two decades of experience in the medical industry.

Lynn holds a Masters of Science in Organization Development & Knowledge Management from the School of Policy, Government, and International Affairs at George Mason University. Additionally, Lynn holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in General Sciences from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and an Associate’s degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Lynn holds a MBTI® Certification, Total SDI Certification, Prosci Certification and will complete her Organizational Development and Conflict Resolution certification through Northern Virginia Mediation Services in spring 2017.
