Attend the first Coaching SIG program for 2015 and join our welcoming community of coaches and consultants in learning a dynamic method of reflective questioning. WIAL (World Institute for Action Learning) -based Action Learning is a simple, yet powerful method for rapidly developing effective solutions to urgent, complex business challenges while simultaneously increasing leadership capabilities of all team members. Through an iterative process of reflection and inquiry, action learning team participants uncover the underlying issues, develop action strategies that will work in their unique climate, and learn about themselves as individuals and team members. Join us for a highly interactive session that demonstrates how action learning is being used with peer coaching groups and how it is used to solve real-time challenges that impact our professional success.

New Policy for people who are “no-shows”
Since we have terrific programs scheduled for this year, we want to provide an opportunity for as many attendees as possible. To enable us to fill openings please email me at least before 10 a.m. the day of the meeting, Tuesday, if you will not be able to attend so I can contact those who email that day to be on the waiting list. From now on those who are 'no-shows' will be placed on the waiting list for future meetings until we have openings. If you contact me after 10 a.m. I may still be able to fill your opening although it doesn't provide much notice for those on the waiting list.
Cancellation policy: If session is cancelled Peggy Linden will send out an email announcement. If schools or libraries are closed this meeting will be cancelled also.
