Event Title Decisive: How to Make Better Choices in Life and Work by Chip Heath and Dan Heath

Why do we have such a hard time making good decisions?  This is the question Chip Heath and Dan Heath help us explore in Decisive: How to Make Better Choices in Life and Work.  Based on an exhaustive study of the decision-making literature, The Heaths introduce a four-step model designed to counteract the biases and irrationality we use to make decisions, and introduce us to the concept of a true decision making process

Widen Your Options
Reality Test Your Assumptions
Attain Distance Before Deciding
Prepare to be Wrong

In this interactive setting, you will learn how to apply WRAP to answer critical questions like these:
How can we stop the cycle of agonizing over our decisions?
How can we make group decisions without destructive politics?
How can we ensure that we don’t overlook precious opportunities to change our course?

Join us to gain new strategies and practical tools to make better choices in life and work.
