What was your role in your family of origin -- your “growing-up” family? Attend our March meeting and learn how the dynamics learned in your family may influence your role as a coach or consultant. Are you an ‘over-functioner’ or an ‘under-functioner’? How easily are you pulled into ‘triangles’? How distant or fused are your primary relationships? Our daily behaviors are greatly influenced by these concepts yet we rarely consider how pivotal they may be in creating effective relationships with our clients. Using a process of self-reflection, interactive exercises and group exploration, this session will address specific concepts of Bowen systems theory and how this awareness can be used for more effective coaching.

New Policy for people who are “no-shows”
Since we have terrific programs scheduled for this year, we want to provide an opportunity for as many attendees as possible. To enable us to fill openings please email me at least before 10 a.m. the day of the meeting, Tuesday, if you will not be able to attend so I can contact those who email that day to be on the waiting list. From now on those who are 'no-shows' will be placed on the waiting list for future meetings until we have openings. If you contact me after 10 a.m. I may still be able to fill your opening although it doesn't provide much notice for those on the waiting list.
Cancellation policy: If session is cancelled Peggy Linden will send out an email announcement. If schools or libraries are closed this meeting will be cancelled also.
