Vinay coaches and educates leaders around the globe who work in the STEM professions. He is with the TEOCO Corporation, which has offices in15 countries and serves clients in over 100 countries. TEOCO develops and provides software solutions for the telecom sector.

Vinay is the co-author of Language and the Pursuit of Leadership Excellence: How Extraordinary Leaders Build Relationships, Shape Culture, and Drive Breakthrough Results and the author of Customers: Love ‘Em or Lose ‘Em: 57 Ways to Love Your Customers.

He holds the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaches Federation, and is a graduate of Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching program. He also holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland. His experience includes Fortune 50, US Federal Service, and owning and growing successful privately held business.

His roles have included business development, marketing, client services, training, and operations. He also volunteers his time with The Mankind Project. Vinay lives in Great Falls with his wife and 2 daughters.
