Organization Constellation CoP
Topic: Leadership Kryptonite
During our last meeting we explored what it means to access your personal power as a leader.
We used a structured constellation to look at the relationship between our personal power and our stuff that gets in the way of accessing it. It was pretty neat to see the shift in the participant who went through that exercise and the person’s ability to look at life and be more deeply and directly in it.
This meeting we will look at how to use the systemic approach as a tool to help our client’s and ourselves show up with more of our inner resources. What is your “kryptonite” that comes between you and those resources? What does that kryptonite represent? How did it serve you in the past and how can we turn it into an ally in the present?
The subconscious holds the knowledge that can resolve self-imposed restrictions and dysfunctional coping mechanisms. Through the constellation process we can help ourselves and our clients more fully observe and understand themselves in a way that supports professional growth and personal empowerment.
You are welcome to join us!
Come be a part of a dynamic and transformative afternoon.
