Topic: Language and the Pursuit of Leadership Excellence: How Extraordinary Leaders Build Relationships, Shape Culture and Drive Breakthrough Results, Chalmers Brothers and Vinay Kumar

Facilitator:  Vinay Kumar, Coaching & Development, TEOCO Corporation

Vinay provides leadership coaching, facilitation, and designs and delivers leadership education programs and workshops around the globe.  His primary clients include those who have scientific and technical backgrounds, such as IT and Engineering.

Vinay is the co-author of Language and the Pursuit of Leadership Excellence: How Extraordinary Leaders Build Relationships, Shape Culture, and Drive Breakthrough Results and the author of Customers: Love ‘Em or Lose ‘Em: 57 Ways to Love Your Customers

He holds the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaches Federation, and is a graduate of Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching program.  He also holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland.  His experience includes Fortune 50, US Federal Service, and owning and growing successful privately held business. 

His roles have included business development, marketing, client services, training, and operations.  He also volunteers his time with The Mankind Project.  Vinay lives in Great Falls with his wife and 2 daughters.
