Topic: Introducing the Pearman

Whether you are new to Type or are a long-time Myers-Briggs user, come learn about (and experience pieces of) this exciting new tool and approach to self-awareness and Type development. Dr. Roger Pearman, a long-time Type author and thought leader—in partnership with MHS (the publisher of the EQ-i) --has created a rich and powerful new way to assess, understand and apply Carl Jung’s Type model. Three benefits of the Pearman are 1) the degree of my preference and how I compare to other people, 2) the vital distinction between what is more natural (Type) and what is more demonstrated (behavior), and 3) five measures of resilience and agility (the FlexIndex).

Presenter: Hile Rutledge

Hile Rutledge is an experienced organization development consultant, trainer, executive coach, author, and public speaker and President of Otto Kroeger Associates (OKA). Hile’s primary area of expertise is the establishment and exercise of self-awareness leading to greater communication, decision making, leadership and team performance. He specializes in work with EQ-I 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence), the Pearman Personality Integrator, the MBTI assessment (Psychological Type) and generational cohort theory (using his book, Generation Translation) and has done extensive work with C-suite and senior leadership groups. Hile has a BA from Hampden-Sydney College and a Master of Science in Organization Development from the American University (AU/NTL).
