Sue Owens is an OD Consultant for Federal Clients in the DC Metro area. She is passionate about enabling organizations to grow and thrive through change. She holds certifications for the ADKAR model of Change Management and the EQi 2.0 and is pursuing her MSOD at Capella University.

Program:

What is Emotional Intelligence and how can it help me?

This session will introduce you to Emotional Intelligence, how it can be effective tool for the people within organizations as they are undergoing change, as well as how it can help in the growth and development of your workforce and its leaders.

An overview of the EQi 2.0 tool will be presented and a discussion on its uses in organizations will be discussed.
