Program:

Understanding and Addressing Organizational Trama

We will explore the inner dynamics of organizational trama and how that impacts employee engagement and performance. The constellation process helps us define the key elements of a system and better understand the dynamics of the relationships between those elements. Drawing upon tacit knowledge, "what you don't know you know," new insights emerge that lead to opportunities for change and transformation.
