Topic: Understanding Organizational Dynamics

Program: Understanding the Dynamics of Leadership - On Friday, January 25, 2013 we will meet to explore an innovative process for enhancing leadership performance. The process we use will help us map out key aspects of leadership (those that enable and those that undermine) and how they interact in a dynamic manner. Participants will have the opportunity to explore their own leadership challenges and opportunities and how they can take on a leadership role with greater confidence and efficacy.
