OD Book SIG
Event Title:  The Courageous Follower; Standing Up To and For Our Leaders 3rd edition

The now classic book, The Courageous Follower: Standing Up To and For Our Leaders, is in its third edition and has been translated into half a dozen languages. It examines the responsibilities and power of followers to help leaders succeed and to correct them if they begin misusing their power. The revised 3rd edition was published in 2009 and includes a new chapter, The Courage to Speak to the Hierarchy. It examines the new power relationships that technology has created between the higher and lower levels of the hierarchy and the strategies for making a difference from any level of the hierarchy.
