Everyone has a “primary food” that is essential for their sustenance. Yet a “primary food” is not edible! It is the things, people, or habits in our life that nurture our emotional, psychological, and mental disposition. It determines how we see the world and the people in it. As coaches it is important that we know our own “primary food” as well as the “primary food” for each of our clients. This approach creates an understanding between coach and client and promotes a level of awareness so the coach is better able to effectively serve the client. More equality and intimacy are created early in the partnership and clients learn how to get their needs met more effectively. Join us in the New Year to learn about health and wellness coaching, “primary foods”, and how this information can enhance you and your coaching experience.
