HOW DO WE GET FROM GOOD INTENTIONS TO ACTUAL CHANGE?

Session: Beyond Good Intentions: How Do We Get There from Here

Good intentions matter — but they are not implementation.

Organizational health and wellbeing are closely connected to engagement, which plays a key role in our ability to pivot, change, and be productive.

Through an interactive role-play activity, participants will use principles of positive psychology and organizational wellbeing to develop a plan for enhancing engagement—helping them move from wanting change to making change happen.

Presenters:  Julie Mendosa and Bill Craig
