Communities of Practice (CoPs) -CBODN Communities of Practice (CoPs) are self-managed groups of professionals who: share a concern or passion for OD practice and/or theory, interact regularly to continually engage, develop, and learn from one another, and to advance the OD field at large. All CBODN CoPs are organized around: • A shared domain of interest and/ or practice. CoPs meet each month or quarterly throughout the Washington, Baltimore, Richmond and Northern Virginia areas, to provide ongoing dialogue, peer relationships, and state of the art learning. Groups meet at breakfast, lunch and evenings, and in person or on-line to provide members with flexible, in-depth learning and engagement options. Learn more about each CoP |
