CBODN encourages the growth of communities of practice learning groups about organization development practice and theory. At least seven groups (CoPs) meet each month or quarterly throughout the Washington, Baltimore and Northern Virginia areas.

The full day program of keynote presentations and concurrent sessions includes emerging trends, nationally recognized OD speakers, as well as peer-reviewed presentations and networking time. Members attend at a discounted rate.
CBODN works to provide members with access to career resources, such as peer mentoring and coaching. Our newsletter keeps readers informed of events, SIG meetings, and other activities of the Network, as well as additional programs of interest.
Consider contributing by serving on the annual conference committee, coordinating CoP activities or career resource services, developing programs, expanding marketing/public relation activities, or contributing an article for our website or newsletter.
