WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO CONNECT IN CRISIS — AND IGNITE CHANGE?

Session: Connecting in Crisis: Igniting Change Together Through Transformation

Examine connection and transformation when circumstances demand change, not simply when an organization has the luxury of planning for it.

This highly interactive workshop shows how strengthening human connections — to self, teams, and clients — fuels trust, resilience, and adaptive capacity. Participants will practice strategies, tools, rituals, and practices to support organizational change and well-being.
