David Kading

David is an experienced facilitator, consultant, and coach with nearly a decade of experience in team and leadership development. He currently works as a Senior OD Consultant at REI Systems, where he has the privilege of partnering with NASA in support of strategy, organization development, and as an executive coach.

David is passionate about working with others and understanding complex systems. He is skilled at bridging theory and practice within his work and blending experiential learning with data to achieve strong outcomes.

He has earned his master’s degree in Organizational Development and Knowledge Management (ODKM) from George Mason University and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation.
