Adriano Pianesi, MBA, is an executive coach, leadership educator, and organizational change advisor with more than 20 years of experience helping leaders navigate complexity, uncertainty, and transformation. Faculty at Johns Hopkins University, he specializes in adaptive leadership, collaboration, and developing changemakers who can lead meaningful, sustainable organizational change.
