HOW DOES PERSONAL CONNECTION BECOME SYSTEMIC CAPACITY?

Session: From Personal Relationships to Systemic Connection: Building Adaptive Capacity in Complex Organizations

Move beyond connection as an individual relationship skill and examine how connection can contribute to adaptive capacity across a complex organization.

This interactive workshop helps practitioners shift clients from personal relationship-building to systemic connection-building through organizational routines. Using a realistic scenario, participants will diagnose connection gaps and design interventions that strengthen collaboration, innovation, and adaptive capacity.
