In this highly experiential session, participants will experience how organizational, professional, functional, generational, and personal cultures shape collaboration, and discover practical ways to transform cultural differences into robust partnerships and healthier human systems. John Hovell is a consultant, facilitator, and author specializing in organizational development, knowledge management, systems thinking, and conversational leadership. He works with leaders and organizations worldwide to strengthen collaboration, learning, and change.
