Michele Levy, MSOD, MSW Michele Levy (she/her) is a Baltimore-based organization development consultant driven by a passion for helping organizations boldly live out their values. She integrates a commitment to social and racial justice with a warm, direct, and action-oriented approach that helps organizations engage in the challenging conversations needed for lasting change. Non-profit organizations and coalitions, foundations, and government agencies partner with Michele around DEIJ and race equity, strategic planning, transitions and change processes, leadership development, team building, and goals and values clarification. Michele is a Co-Founder and Principal of Co-Lab Consulting, a multi-racial, women-owned organization development consulting group. Prior to consulting, Michele worked in food justice/local food systems, including as Executive Director of Crossroads Community Food Network in Takoma Park, MD and the founding Deputy Director of the Maryland Farmers Market Association. She holds a Masters of Organization Development (MSOD) from American University and Masters of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Maryland. Michele recently completed a five-year tenure as board president of Hinenu: The Baltimore Justice Shtiebl and serves on the Baltimore Leadership Council of Jews United for Justice. Michele lives in Baltimore City with her partner and cat, and is happiest when baking up a storm, discovering new hiking trails, and on long bike rides with friends. |
