I provide coaching for individuals who want to increase their ability to build support for their ideas at work. And I offer the same coaching service for leadership and project teams. In addition, I give presentations based on my approach to working with support and resistance. Biography
I have been a consultant since 1978. Since 1996 my work has focused on two questions: why do people support us, and why do they resist us? Most of my books have focused on those questions. Beyond the Wall o Resistance (199 revised 2010), Building Capacity for Change Sourcebook (1999 Why Don't You Want What I Want? (2002), Seizing Moments of Possibility (2021). This year I am introducing a highly interactive online course based on my Batteries Not Included Pam (tm). . . I love playing jazz or at least trying to play jazz and getting outdoors out West.
