WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE WHEN WE CONNECT THROUGH THE BODY?

Session: The Practice of Connection: Embodied Tools for Building Relationships

Authentic connection is a full-body experience, not just an idea.

In this experiential session, participants will connect with one another through body-based practices for presence, improved communication, and clearer boundaries. Together, we’ll explore how embodiment can support deeper connection in our relationships and work.
