Event Title “Language and the pursuit of Happiness" by Chalmers Brothers
 
From this book, one learns how to more effectively leverage the power of language to have more effective and powerful conversations, build stronger relationships, and produce breakthrough results--at both work and at home.
 
Facilitator:
Vinay Kumar, Coaching and Development, TEOCO Corporation
 
Vinay Kumar coaches and educates professionals and leaders around the globe who work in the technology sector.  He is with TEOCO Corporation, which has offices in over 15 countries and serves clients in over 100 countries.  TEOCO develops and provides software solutions for the telecom space.
 
Vinay is a graduate of Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching program.  He also has a degree in Chemical Engineering.  His experience includes Fortune 100, US Federal Service, and owning a successful privately held business.
 
His roles have included business development, marketing, client services, training, and operations.  He also volunteers his time with The Mankind Project.  Vinay lives in Great Falls with his wife and 2 daughters.
