Program:
As OD practitioners, we may find ourselves in work situations that present ethical dilemmas between meeting client leader(s) demands and addressing their organizational needs. How many of us find that their assessment data highlights different and/or controversial organizational challenges that leaders were not expecting and/or do not want to address . How can OD practitioners remain true to the profession and ourselves? In this session we’ll discuss ethical OD dilemmas, what to do about them, and how to provide the best service to our clients and remain true to our profession and ourselves and also earn a living.
