Topic: Swimming in Symbolism:  Using Imagery as a Change Tool
Facilitator:  Rebecca Slocum
Jump into the deep water of symbolism and learn a new framework for using it as a change tool in organizations.  This interactive session will help you understand the theoretical underpinning and practical application of symbolism and imagery in change work.  You will walk away with a framework to attend to symbolism in client systems and a deeper understanding of how to help others realize the positive momentum that comes from transforming images.
Rebecca is an OD consultant, specializing in narrative design.  The bulk of her work for the past year and a half has been on change and leadership initiatives in large client-systems as a part of the OD consulting company ChangeFusion.  She previously worked for the Department of State and has her MSOD from American University and BA from Boston University.
