New OD Practitioners CoP
Topic: Deliver Workshops That Bring In Clients
Facilitator:  Leslie Zucker
This workshop is designed specifically for coaches and OD professionals who have their own products and services to sell.  In it we will de-mystify the art and science of a powerful marketing tool that leads to more clients - workshops!  You will learn the benefits of offering your expertise in the form of a workshop, how to stop the mental confusion and overload of ideas, and gain the clarity and confidence to finish designing your workshop and start delivering it.  Bring your workshop content or message and learn how to take the five easy steps for perfecting your workshop and getting more clients.
• How well-designed workshops can lead to more clients
• The five easy steps to make them successful
• How to make decisions about your workshops easily
• How to title your workshops to attract more clients
Leslie Zucker is a professional trainer, facilitator and coach. She has delivered trainings in over 20 countries, from corporate boardrooms of Washington, DC, to university classrooms in Costa Rica, banks in the Philippines, and remote villages of Rwanda.  She holds a Master of International and Intercultural Management, and certificates as a Myers Briggs practitioner, and professional coach.  She has started three companies, speaks fluent Spanish and is a dedicated DIY’er.
She creates fun learning experiences that challenge and motivate people to work together collaboratively and creatively and even buy products and services. As an entrepreneur herself, she now teaches coaches and entrepreneurs to design workshops that provide real value while leading to additional clients for their business, so they can start making more money, faster. In her free time she dances and coaches life’s dancers (metaphorically or literally) to get clear on important decisions and love their life.
