Program Details:
Every organization, whether it is a one-person solopreneur, or a multi-national company has a business model from which they operate. As organizational development specialists, coaches, and facilitators, we too have our business models.
From the original work Business Model Generation and the one-page Business Model Canvas, we learn how nine components of a business model fit together and paint a picture of how organizations work. Business Model You takes those same concepts, but applies them to individuals. It helps us revisit our life’s direction and consider how we want to align our personal and career aspirations.
Join us as Jim walks us through the model and how we can apply it in our lives today! It will truly provide you with thought provoking insight in how you arrange your life – your personal business model.
