Baltimore-Washington SIG

Topic: Applying Integral Principles to Personal and Organizational Development

Are you interested in exploring an approach for assessing, and designing elegant “interventions” for individuals and groups who are experiencing significant change?  If your answer is yes, come join the CBODN B-W SIG as we delve into how the inter-relatedness of internal and external elements; as well as how the role of the individual and the collective impacts the sustainability of change.

Come prepared to engage in an interactive discussion on the application of integral principles to personal and organizational change.  If you have a specific situation/case you’d like to work through with the group, bring that too!!

Speaker: Vernita Parker (vernita@vfparkergroup.com)

Vernita Parker is the Founder and Principal Consultant of the VF Parker Group, LLC.  She partners with individuals and organizations who are interested in transforming their current way of “being,” which involves releasing those things that are limiting their progression and embracing those elements that support what they’re growing in to.

Ms. Parker has over 19 years of experience working with private sector, federal government, and higher education clients in the areas of Coaching & Leadership Development, Organization Development, Performance Management, and Career Development. She specializes in maximizing the effectiveness of individuals, teams and organizations through innovative program design and small and large group facilitation.  Ms. Parker has a Masters Degree in Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Maryland, College Park, and she’s a certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West.
