Organizational Constellation CoP
Topic: New Horizons for the New Year – 2019
Description: Last month our CBODN OC community of practice explored the topic "What Went Wrong at GE." A summary of our findings will be posted on my blog; orgiq.blogspot.com. The short answer to this question is hubris. Other non-tangible factors contributed as well. Our group of participants felt energized and inspired by the discussion and constellation which took up the entire meeting.
The theme for our program this month is New Horizons for the New Year: December is the time of year to assess the recent past and look towards what we want to have happen in 2019.
On Friday afternoon, December 28, we will use the constellation process for understanding the dynamics of completing the past and letting go so the future we desire can emerge. Some of the questions we will look at systemically and holistically include:
o What do we need to let go of that will allow new opportunities to unfold?
o What resources, internal and external, will help us realize these opportunities?
o Could there be hidden beliefs, loyalties or other resistances blocking our progress?
o What is at risk if we listen to, perceive and go for our heart's desire?
Come be a part of a dynamic and transformative afternoon.
