Topic: Strengths, Values and Story-Types Exploration for the Intersection of OD and Coaching
12/21/19: REGISTRATION IS FULL - Please email Mark to be added to the Wait List
Description: Introduction to the Professional Strengths, Values and Story Types Survey (SVSS) as a framework and tool to very quickly connect with clients and engage in motivation discovery, strategy planning and action implementation. The tool identifies the “story type” that comes alive when people are at their best. It provides an intuitive and effective entry point to explore identity, meaning and motivation, define a personal or professional mission, vision or message, enhance communication skills and effectiveness, and align entrepreneurial and workplace success with intrinsic personal motivation.
The SVSS framework enables people to translate and apply their most powerful strengths and values into a purposeful, passionate, vibrant and vital work life. During this session we will explore a high-level overview of the framework. The workshop participants will have an opportunity to self-select a story type and we will interactively explore motivation, framing of different gifts and perspectives and alliance building between seemingly opposing energies as individuals and as a group.
Participants are invited to take the survey free of charge prior to the workshop: https://narrative-intelligence.com/services/
