Topic: Facilitating Change from the Inside Out:  A Systems Approach to Improving Performance at the Individual and Organizational Levels

Description:  Participants will learn about and practice using a systemic model for identifying the dynamics of a system and making a real time intervention. This presentation will be highly interactive.  Participants are encouraged to bring a real time case study or challenge they would like to get insight into and uncover new possibilities for moving forward, or come to just learn more. 

The Inside/Out approach can be used by coaches and facilitators alike in working with individual or groups. It offers a simple yet profound tool for fostering systemic fostering systemic change and harmonizing relationships between different groups or individuals in an organizational setting. 

Presenters:  Harrison Snow

For more than thirty years as the Director of Team Building Associates, Harrison has been helping  government and corporate clients in 27 different countries manage change, develop leaders and enhance organizational performance.  His expertise is in the areas of team and executive coaching, change management, strategic planning, leadership training, high-stakes meeting facilitation. Harrison works closely with the leaders of national and international government agencies and corporations at all levels and sectors. He has worked extensively with the World Bank Group, International Finance Corporation, Inter-American Development Bank, the U.S. Agency for International Development, and the U.S. Department of State.

Harrison is the author of four well regarded books on team building, facilitation, and leadership including “Confessions of a Corporate Shaman, Healing the Organizational Soul.”

He leads the Organizational Constellation, community of practice for CBODN seeking to develop innovative ways to inspire professional and organizational transformation. Harrison has a graduate from Thunderbird School of Global Management based in Phoenix.

Mark has been an OD consultant and executive coach for more than 20 years.  He enjoys seeing his clients and their organizations take steps to change, and when they are successful it gives him great pleasure.  He earned his MS in OD from the American University/NTL Institute and MA and BA degrees in Sociology from Rutgers University.  He is an International Coach Federation, Professional Certified Coach (PCC). 

Cancellation Policy: Registrants should contact Mark if they need to cancel.  Due to the room size, registrations will be limited so please contact Mark soonest if you register but are then unable to attend so others can register and attend instead.

Additional Notes:  A $5.00 per person contribution is requested to help pay for rental of the room.
