Topic - The Power of ‘No’

Overbooked and overstressed? In our fast-paced world, being overwhelmed by the volume of requests received and competing demands on our time is a common reality. Understanding when and how to say ‘no’ within our professional and personal lives is a skill many have yet to master. During this session, we will explore what is getting in the way of saying ‘no’.  We will review practical strategies to assert your priorities, set boundaries, and learn how to say ‘no’ tactfully. Through an interactive format, we’ll tap into your experience with clients to use the power of ‘no’ and support them in knowing when to say ‘yes’ with confidence.
