Presenter:  Lauren Mobertz

Lauren Mobertz (she/her) is an organization designer who aligns the needs of business, workers, and society. She brings an equity lens to evaluation and design and applies co-creative methods to bring stakeholders into strategy and organizational change.

In a previous life, Lauren spent six years serving as a marketing advisor to technology startups and two years on eBay's corporate communications team. A former Fulbright fellow, Lauren holds degrees in professional writing and organization development from Carnegie Mellon University and the University of San Francisco, respectively. She aims to further the field of OD by helping build the marketing capabilities of fellow OD consultants.

Mark has been an OD consultant and executive coach for more than 20 years.  He enjoys seeing his clients and their organizations take steps to change, and when they are successful it gives him great pleasure.  He earned his MS in OD from the American University/NTL Institute and MA and BA degrees in Sociology from Rutgers University.  He is an International Coaching Federation, Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
