Topic: DRiV – Learn What Drives and What Drains You
Description: OKA has long trained with and used behavioral tools—assessments that help you understand and even quantify your behavior. It is excited to announce the DRiV assessment, an instrument and training process that illustrate the motives and values—the drivers—beneath your behavior. Behavior is what you do, and the DRiV illustrates the why behind the what.
The DRiV model is composed of 28 well-researched drivers organized within six motivational factors. Understanding and learning how both to spot and to use these drivers gives you unique power in your ongoing efforts toward self-awareness, self-management and the continual challenges of leadership, team and organizational life.
Workshop Outcomes:
- Discover the DRiV model, its 6 factors and its 28 drivers.
- Explore a few of the drivers in depth—applying them both to your own lives and to business case studies.
- Learn how to harness of the power of active drivers to engage behaviors that would otherwise be lost or difficult to access.
- When you register for the session you will be provided a link to take the assessment beforehand. For you, the assessment will be at no cost. Afterward you will receive your assessment results and be able to receive a 30 minute de-brief if you are interested.
