Topic: Integrity – At the Root of Everything

Often integrity is viewed as a critical ingredient in bringing about lasting organizational success.  However, it’s less common that we can agree on what integrity actually means and how we can ultimately bring it about. Join us on February 15^th and learn a new theory of integrity that consistently brought radical positive change to the organizations that engaged with it and helped each company achieve or surpass their organization’s mission and goals. It is based on a core concept attributed to Gandhi – that “Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.”

Tate Linden, our speaker, has been a C-suite strategic consultant to organizations like Google, DARPA, and Meals on Wheels America for twenty years. During that time, he developed a strategic framework that helps leaders and organizations identify and resolve areas of misalignment in order to reap the tangible benefits of integrity. Currently Tate just launched an alpha-test of his new online integrity assessment tool for organizations that he will discuss.   Also, he will describe the core theory and how we can apply it to ourselves and our coaching and consulting clients to produce positive change.
