Program Description

Disruption offers both discomfort and opportunity. The Fresh Start Effect suggests people are more likely to change after disruption. Is this historic disruptive time a unique opportunity for OD interventions that include coaching? Join Jessica Zucal and Penny Potter in this interactive discussion of the hidden gifts of disruption and ways for OD practitioners to leverage and integrate coaching as a humanistic intervention for the greater good of organizations and society.
