Furthermore, she is a skilled trainer, credited with combining operations, learning, and international expertise to design, market, and deliver programs for diverse audiences. Elena is known for my ability to drive change within individuals and organizations that are looking to reach their potential and maintain their competitive edge in the business world. ATD certified trainer and certified career coach. When she is not leading talent transformation, she volunteers her time to help young students & US military veterans with their career development goals.

The world of work has seen a huge shift over the last couple of years and this trend of continuous change has no sign of slowing down. Talent is a huge part of that change being successful (or not). Companies have been battling for good talent for years and it will continue to be a challenge for most as they aim to grow their businesses & maintain a competitive edge. This provides an opportunity for talent acquisition and development professionals to redesign the way we do recruitment and what happens when good talent enters our organization. This session will cover generational considerations when it comes to talent acquisition and development, designing career development that is effective, as well as how to best invest in your middle talent pipeline.
