The ORG360 is an organization-wide 360 assessment. The ORG360 is a research based comprehensive easy to use web based tool that includes data collection, insights, results analysis and, quick win improvement recommendations.

The ORG360 is designed to help you assess and understand your company’s potential and identify the most powerful predictors of success for your organization or client allowing you to focus your efforts on those actions that will have the quickest and greatest impact! In addition to being an organization wide data collection tool, the ORG360 can be used for team feedback, enterprise-coaching programs and as the ultimate training needs assessment for development of strategic-oriented L&D programs.
