Adaptive Leadership

Join your peers for a seminar in which we'll talk about this challenge: How well do you and your fellow leaders know and act on your organization's individual and group dynamics, attitudes, climate, and strengths and gaps?

Adaptive Leadership coaches Aaron Lee and Bryan Berry will facilitate our discussion on how to help adapt and thrive in the face of challenge and prepare your team to take on the process of change.

Aaron’s passion is to solve the leadership crisis for leaders and teams. He has consulted and spoken with government agencies, healthcare, nonprofits, and higher education institutions.

Aaron is an ACC-certified coach, the author of The New Generation Leader and host of The New Generation Leader podcast. He is a graduate of the University of Richmond and holds a Master of Divinity.

Aaron lives in Richmond with his wife and 2 daughters.

Bryan was in the Investment Advisory world for almost 30 years before surviving a chaotic battle with liver and kidney failure in the fall of 2018.  On the date of his diagnosis, he was told he had 60 days to live.  After 3 close calls over the next 65 days, he received his life-saving transplants on Thanksgiving Day that year.  Seemingly a magnet for chaos, 3 years later he survived a widow-maker heart attack.  He then retired from the investment world and founded Harvesting Chaos, a leadership development organization.

He now focuses on helping leaders lean into crises to harvest the chaos of the moment, adapt to ever-changing circumstances, and accomplish their goals with passion and unwavering confidence.

Bryan and his wife of 33 years, Anne, live in Richmond and and have 2 adult sons.
