Using Positive Intelligence for Mental Fitness and True Potential

Imagine yourself able to remain calm, clear-headed, stress-free, and positive even in the midst of handling work and life’s greatest challenges. Join us for the April 18th program when we discuss Positive Intelligence, a program that focuses on mental fitness to help individuals fulfill their true potential. We can learn to create a more positive mindset by laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice. Based on research from neuroscience and cognitive behavioral psychology, this program identifies ten negative responses (saboteurs) and five positive response factors (sage powers) that we all have available. Participants will complete their individual assessment prior to the session and learn specific techniques to intercept their saboteurs and leverage their inner sages.

Presenter: Marc Stoecker

Marc Stoecker is a senior trainer with 20+ years of training experience. He received his Master’s degree in instructional design from George Mason University and has worked in various business and government environments. Marc is a certified CTI and ICF coach and currently working on certification in Positive Intelligence coaching. He serves on the CBODN Board. His company, Prism of Purpose Coaching and Training, offers coaching services and co-designs and develops soft skills and coaching workshops.
