Overall, this presentation aims to help the audience understand the importance of strengths, how to identify and leverage them, and how to use them to engage with others and contribute to a positive and productive team environment. The audience will leave with a greater sense of self-awareness and a deeper understanding of how they can use their strengths to enhance their personal and professional relationships.

Presenter:  Marc Stoecker

Marc is a senior trainer with 20+ years of training experience and enjoys creating custom workshops and facilitating on a variety of coaching and soft-skills topics such as mental fitness. He received his Master’s degree in instructional design from George Mason University and has worked in various business and government environments.  Marc is a certified CTI and ICF coach and currently working on certification in Positive Intelligence coaching. 

He serves on the CBODN Board, co-chairing the membership and partnership committee. His company, Prism of Purpose Coaching and Training, LLC, offers coaching training design/development services.
