Action Planning: The First Step in Operationalizing A Strategic Plan
In this session, Eliyahu will examine a six-step Actioning Planning Process that he created to help organizations implement their strategic plan that are quite possibly “sitting on the shelf.” He’ll describe the process with a real-life case study nearing completion. He said we’ll discuss what worked well, surprises along the way, and what could work better. Then in work groups you’ll apply the six steps, modifying as necessary. You’ll take home a customizable method to operationalize strategic plans, a sense of potential pitfalls and wins involved in bringing an organization through the process.
If you have been involved with strategic planning, pick one of them to use during the session as a basis for applying the six steps. If you haven’t, come learn and contribute your fresh thinking.
