Ken Boxer, President of Strategic Partners, Inc., regularly consults with senior managers on the design and implementation of business plans and strategies to recruit, retain, and develop employees. Throughout the years, he has worked with such organizations as Blockbuster Entertainment, Comsat Corporation, Crown Central Petroleum, Frito-Lay, Inc., Marriott Corporation, McCormick Spice, Texas Instruments, and numerous federal government agencies, including the U.S. Departments of Health & Human Services, Agriculture, and Commerce.
Prior to forming Strategic Partners, Ken was Vice-President of Management Partners, Inc., a human resources consulting firm in Alexandria, VA, where he worked with corporate and government clients to design and implement organizational change and employee development efforts. His clients included Baltimore Gas Electric, Texas Instruments, International Family Entertainment, Huntsman Chemical, Bell Atlantic, Philip Morris, and CSX.
Ken has also been a Senior Account Manager with Organizational Dynamics, Inc. (ODI). While there, he assisted clients such as W.R. Grace, NASA, Black and Decker, and Howard University Hospital to implement their Total Quality Management (TQM) process. Before joining ODI, Ken marketed and delivered sales and management programs for Sterling Institute. During his tenure with Sterling Institute, his clients included Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, Inc., Mobil Oil, CSX, Wheat First Securities, Continental Insurance, and DDB Needham. As Vice President with Technology Centers, International, Ken consulted across the country on the development of business incubators – facilities for start-up companies – and developed the first such facility in Virginia.
Ken began his career as a presidential management intern with the U.S. Small Business Administration in Washington, D.C. He holds an MA and a BA from the George Washington University, Washington, DC.
