Engaging in conversation in 2024 can be risky business, especially when we invite our stakeholders and clients to share what is really important to them. With expectations on the rise, divisiveness and polarization as the norm and no easy solutions to constantly changing dynamics within organizations, the path is not always clear.

Although we know it’s complicated and complex when we come together as industry and peers, we often only share what went REALLY well.

What about all the conversations and programs that didn’t go well? The oops, the mistakes, the failed attempts, the “I wish we could do that again” situations that we would like to leave in the closet for no one to see, especially fellow professional colleagues.

It’s often said that in our greatest mistakes lie our deepest learnings. If we don’t want to hide from them, how can we (and our clients) gain the most value from these situations?

Leaving our egos and mistakes at the door, we’d like to take a fun and open approach to talking about some of our “best” engagement and dialogue failures.

We can promise laughter, relief and the confidence to be open because we are serving each other. You will also walk away with a solid foundation for what works and what doesn’t when engaging in dialogue in 2024.

Prepare to bring your honesty, integrity and compassion as well as a few good stories of what happened when it all went wrong!

Participants will also receive relevant tools and resources as a follow-up after the session.
