A recently developed cultural change management concept, the CARDS Model is a tool that helps OD and HR leaders quickly address emerging cultural shifts happening in their workplace environments with confidence and grace. 3. Through the analysis of three real-world case studies, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of how the CARDS Model can be applied to drive successful cultural integration within organizational systems.
