Working With God: The Ten Modes of Elevated Leadership

What would it be like to involve God in your consulting? Does it sound interesting? Exciting? Daunting?  Statistics tell us that a large portion of our clients believe in God. Integrating God into work, however, is generally a very private matter. Beyond recommended traits and behaviors such as humility, caring, and ‘doing the right thing’, we have precious few tools to help leaders integrate the enormity and power of God into their work.

This session pilots a conceptual and tactical method for working with God. Dr. Eliyahu Lotzar, author of the soon-to-be-published Working With God, will explore the Ten Modes of Elevated Leadership, with examples and action steps to apply the method in real life OD situations. Bring your thoughts, questions, and soulful contributions.

Eliyahu’s formal education includes a Doctorate in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher College, a Masters in Social Work from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a BA in Political Philosophy from Michigan State University. And he has spent a lifetime working at integrating God into daily life.
