Join the conversation as we navigate change…

CBODN invites you to join us in conversation as we navigate significant changes in our OD community since the change of administration.

Many of us have experienced personal and professional impact, and CBODN wants to create a space where we can gather, connect, and find support as a community.

As this is a new offer in response to a new and ever-changing environment, we plan to let the conversation emerge to meet the needs of the attendees. We will, however, follow this agenda:

• Open and check-in: What brings you into the space? What are you hoping to gain from being here?
• Small group conversations: We may use breakout rooms to accommodate that size of the group and the different needs/desires of participants.
• Reflection from your experience: What are you taking away from the time together? 
• Reflection on the format: What would you like to see more of/less of/different moving forward?

You are being invited to participate as well as to help us do what OD professionals do best - shape the space! We hope to see you there!
