PARTNERSHIP SERIES: Community Consulting Project: Lessons from the Field
**This program is organized by our partners in the Oregon's ODN Chapter! Join our partners, alongside Minnesota, Triangle, and Pacific Northwest OD Networks for an opportunity for learning and cross-regional connections.

The Organization Development Network of Oregon and its affiliated program, the Community Consulting Project, present Lessons from the Field. Oregon's ODN Chapter is home to CCP, providing OD consulting to local nonprofits using teams of volunteers from the Oregon ODN network. Join us to learn the work CCP does, highlighting three recent community consulting projects. Team members will present their project, the OD strategies and tools used, challenges, and outcomes.
The event will focus on the OD principles and methodologies used by recent CCP teams to meaningfully develop:
- Leadership and team building
- Communication and reorganization challenges
- Employee recognition
- Implementation of platforms for facilitation of employee recognition
You’ll come away with valuable tips that you can apply to working with non-profit clients, decide if you would like to lend your expertise to a future CCP project or explore the possibility of starting a similar program within your local OD Network.
